To continuously optimize production processes, improve equipment automation, and strengthen safety and environmental protection, the company has officially launched its comprehensive technical renovation plan for October 2025. This renovation covers multiple areas including the extraction workshop, tank areas, pipeline systems, and environmental protection facilities, involving over 30 specific tasks aimed at achieving refined, safe, and green production processes.
Key renovation focuses include:
1、Workshop Layout and Equipment Upgrades: Construction of a temporary auxiliary workshop in the south side of the extraction area for residue handling and acetone recovery; addition of key equipment such as spiral squeezers, disc centrifuges, and thin-film concentrators to improve material processing efficiency and solvent recovery rates.
2、Pipeline and Tank Area Optimization: Connection modifications for multiple tanks, installation of purification devices such as duplex bag filters and bamboo filters to enhance the cleanliness and stability of liquid transfer.
3、Safety and Environmental Enhancements: Replacement of level gauges, repair of pipeline leaks, and strengthened sealing measures to significantly improve workshop safety; simultaneous renovation of boiler room wastewater discharge systems to actively respond to environmental policies.
Additionally, the renovation plan includes a series of process trials and sample analyses, aimed at providing data support for the smooth implementation of new equipment and processes, ensuring close integration of technical upgrades with actual production
