Accelerated Progress on Key Post-Holiday Initiatives

Following the Spring Festival break, we have entered a critical phase of operations with three key priorities moving forward simultaneously. I'm pleased to share our current progress:
1. Workshop Equipment Commissioning
We have significantly accelerated our equipment debugging timeline through:
- Staff training is being conducted concurrently with the equipment commissioning process.
- Additional technical specialists deployed onsite
- Daily progress reviews with management
Current status:
✓ 90% of primary production lines calibrated
✓ The comprehensive equipment commissioning and staff training program is scheduled to commence on April 21st.
2. Raw Material Inventory Management**
Running parallel to equipment work, we've:
• Completed full physical inventory count
• Established quality control checkpoints
3. New Warehouse Construction**
The project remains on track with:
- Project approvals obtained.
- 50% of foundation work finished.
Special Notice Regarding Equipment Commissioning:
To meet our accelerated timeline, we've:
→ Added overtime support bonuses for technical staff
→ Prioritized spare parts procurement
→ Scheduled weekend testing sessions
All departments are demonstrating exceptional collaboration during this intensive period. The production team will conduct a full operational readiness review upon commissioning completion.
