Founded in 2019, Heilongjiang Jinhetian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a full-industry chain enterprise integrating large-scale cultivation, extraction and processing, research and development, production and trade of cannabidiol (CBD) health consumer products.With a total investment of more than 80 million yuan, the factory covers an area of 22,245 square meters, EU GMP production workshop 2,919 square meters, and other supporting workshops 3,151 square meters.

In 2017, the cultivation, processing and sale of industrial hemp were legalized in Heilongjiang.In August 2024, six ministries and departments of the State jointly issued an announcement on the inclusion of cannabidiol and other substances in the management of Category II precursor chemicals in the non-drug category, further regulating the national legalization of the production, operation and management of the industrial hemp industry.

In 2017, the cultivation, processing, and sales of industrial hemp were legalized in Heilongjiang Province. In August 2024, six ministries jointly issued an announcement to include CBD among the substances managed under the category of non-medicine type II precursors, further standardizing the legalization of industrial hemp production, operation, and management. On September 4, 2024, the company obtained the "Registration Certificate for Production of Non-Medicine Type Precursors" and the "Registration Certificate for Trade of Non-Medicine Type Precursors" from the state.

We have also successfully entered into cooperation agreements with Thailand, Laos, Japan, and other countries regarding the development of downstream CBD crystal products, further expanding our market influence. Jinhetian Biotechnology has joined the European Hemp Association and the Dutch Hemp Association, expecting to complete the establishment of sales teams in Thailand, the U.S., and other places by the second half of 2024, actively positioning ourselves as suppliers to important pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. and Europe based on our production situation.
